  It is an affordable way to link cardholders with appropriate network VisionCare providers. Network providers have agreed to offer pre negotiated, HMO style discounts directly to Immediacare VisionCare members in exchange for immediate payment from the member.

    Using the Immediacare  VisionCare directory cardholders can easily select a participating ophthalmologist or other VisionCare provider in their area. In exchange for these discounts, cardholder is required to provide payment at the time of service.

How much does the Immediacare VisionCare Card cost?:

    The Immediacare VisionCare card is currently being developed. The projected cost of the VisionCare card good for you and your entire immediate family will be $100.

How long is the Immediacare VisionCare Card good for?:

      All Immediacare cards expire on December 31 of the issue year of the card.
